Our Poly-Pro Twill is a 100% polyester fabric engineered for high-volume embroidery and patch manufacturing. This version provides a raw, flexible material ideal for traditional sew-on applications, tackle twill lettering, and custom banners that includes a HPO (Hot Press On) backing material to allow bonding to a garment for zig-zag applique of letters, etc.

The tight diagonal weave creates a stable, high-sheen background that acts as a durable canvas for your designs. By using this twill as a substrate, you can significantly reduce total stitch counts and machine run-time compared to full-fill embroidery.
