Our 65/35 poly/cotton twill (5.7 oz) is a tightly woven fabric designed to provide a smooth, stable surface for embroidery, appliqué, and patch production. The tight weave and full appearance help support clean stitching, sharp edges, and consistent results across runs—making it a reliable choice for commercial embroidery operations. Available plain (unbacked) (PCP), with NS5 No-Sew backing (PCN), or sheeted with Troylon HPO backing (PCS).
