Position Overview
We’re seeking dedicated Production Associates to support daily operations, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a collaborative production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.
- Participate in training to build skills and expand knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or production preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and reliability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
