We are looking for a customer-oriented success representative. The customer service success representative will act as a liaison, provide product and services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position is also responsible for validating customer data to be used in effective marketing strategies for our customers base.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent or 0-3 years of experience in customer service or in a related area. Candidates will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The target of the position is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


  • Manage incoming calls, chats and emails about customer needs positively, patiently &
  • professionally
  • Customer retention & on-boarding
  • Identify and asses customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction through active listening
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet customer service team goals
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within limits
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals as needed
  • Manage customer accounts/orders via phone, chats and email

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Familiarity working with computers and computer systems
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and collaborate positively, patiently and professionally

  • 8 hour shift – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Monday thru Friday
