Midwest Textiles & Supplies has supported commercial embroidery and apparel decorators since 1993. We’re adding a Customer Service Representative in Potosi to help process orders, answer questions, and keep operations moving.
What You’ll Do
- Process orders and customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
- Communicate with customers and teammates to resolve issues and keep work flowing.
- Learn our products and systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable on a computer and phone.
- Clear communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Solid attendance and a positive attitude — experience is a plus.
