The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to manage customer relations, handle inquiries, process orders, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, have a proactive attitude, and be committed to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Process customer orders accurately using our ERP system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales revenue.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
Account Management:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor customer accounts for timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Manage and update customer and CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience is crucial; a bachelor’s or associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
