The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to manage customer relations, handle inquiries, process orders, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, have a proactive attitude, and be committed to exceptional customer service.

Our Inside Sales / Customer Service Representatives are not just focused on sales; they are dedicated to truly understanding our customers' needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service: 

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries. 
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. 
  • Process customer orders accurately using our ERP system. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. 
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. 
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales revenue. 
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly.

Account Management: 

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely delivery of products and services. 
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for increasing market share. 
  • Manage and update customer and CRM systems

Qualifications: 

  • Relevant work experience is crucial; a bachelor’s or associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. 
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional service. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
