WFR (Welding Film) is a poly vinyl chloride based film that is used to back tackle twill, flock and vinyl flex. Also great for applique work on T-Shirts & sweatshirts. Satisfactory bond for laundering and all fabric (except tight-weave nylon). A great fusible film. Fair resistance to dry cleaning.
